How to change my booking details?
You can only change your booking time and date by canceling your ride within the safe time of cancellation according to the below cancellation policy and book another trip with the new date and time.
Cancellation Policy:
- If you cancel the booking 2 hours before the pickup time, you will get a full refund.
- If you cancel within 2 hours of the pickup time, you will get charged the whole trip fare.
- If you booked a ride within 2 hours of the pickup time, you can cancel within 10 minutes and get a full refund.
