How to change email address, phone & name
Phone numbers and e-mail IDs are unique to each user. The same phone number and email can't be used for more than one account. If you already have an account you will only be able to change the email from:
- Go to "Settings"
- Write the new email in the "Email Box"
- Tap "Save Settings"

I want to change my payment method
The payment method can't be changed after booking, but you can cancel the trip and book another if the cancellation before 2 hours before the ride time. If you still need further assistance, Please contact our support team
Captain did not add/give the change
You can contact our support team for further assistance but please be sure of your wallet amount before leaving the bus. Kindly note that after the trip ends you can rate the ride and leave feedback from the app.
