What does "Around" mean, regarding the pickup time?

When you find the word "Around" at the pickup time, be aware that this means that your pick-up time may change to either 10 minutes late or 10 minutes earlier depending on the route. You will be notified of the confirmed pick up time 20 mins before the ride time.
