The captain/bus info didn't match the app
When the ride starts, you will be able to see the captain’s name, bus model & license plate. Any changes to the trip will be communicated, such as trip transfer. Captains shouldn't use different buses or send someone else to do the ride on their behalf, if this occurs please contact our support team. Kindly note that after the trip ends you can rate the ride and leave feedback from the app.
